More about the museum building
This L-shaped single-storey detached building forms the south-western side of Strossmayer Square. In its vicinity are the Town Hall palace and former artisans' and merchants' houses, as well as military buildings.
This building of the curiae type, of massive walls and not large windows is similar to the palaces of noblemen built outside the city walls. The older wing faces the square, the entrance to it is through the gateway, and the layout of the rooms on the ground floor and on the first floor has also been preserved.
